Minsky’s Pizza is celebrating their 15th year in the Prairie Village shopping center. Minsky’s has been voted the best pizza in Kansas City by AOL City Guide for 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008.

Minsky’s serves gourmet pizza, with dough made fresh through out the day and rich real mozzarella ground from the block daily. They also have an excellent selection of salads, sandwiches and pastas. For parties or special occasions they can accommodate groups of up to forty patrons.
